Question - Is this service completely and absolutely free??

Answer - Yes.

Question - What happened to that old site you were running under this domain? It was incredibly engaging. Will it ever come back?

Answer - Sorry, although this news may be disheartening to both of my readers, my blog and its content have forever been removed.

Question - Is this service secure? How do we know you're not reading our mail?

Answer - Your email is stored on Google Servers (with ample redundancy), and protected by Google's secure login. I can neither see your emails nor learn your password. Therefore, it is as safe as any of Google's other services are.

Question - Can you see my password?

Answer - Look above. In short, no.

Question - Can we contact you for support?

Answer - Look below.

I can provide limited support through email.  However, I would like to remind users that since this is primarily a Google product, a lot of answers could be found on their support pages.  They even provide instructions on how to switch between email services.  Other than that, all support inquries will be considered and answered to the best of my ability.

This is entirely a free service.  There is absolutely no obligation to pay anything, ever.  Knowledge is its own reward.  My own personal enjoyment and education continues to thrive as I develop and maintain this service.  However, if you're feeling gracious and would like to donate out of gratitude, you can click on the "PayPal Donate" button below to send me some cha-ching.  Of course, this is not necessary.  As I said, knowledge is its own reward.
